Blister packaging is a form-fill-seal process. This means the blister itself is created from rolls of either PVC/PVDC/ALU(cold forming) that are formed into cavities, filled with either capsules/soft gels/ tablets and sealed with plain or printed lidding foil. We are one of the few manufacturers that can offer not only an Alu/Alu blister, but also multiple products on a single blister card.

With over 150 sets of stock blister card toolings, EW Packaging has the capability to blister common bulk product sizes as well as those not so common products. We also offer custom designed blister cards!
